Lion‘s Roar is delighted to introduce the beautiful works of Choro Leslie Meyers to our fine art print collection. Choro is a seeker, adventurer, and lover of nature and poetry. As a practitioner of Zen Buddhism, they are deeply connected to the natural world and finds their greatest joy by the ocean, hiking, camping, cycling, bikepacking, and foraging for materials to make ink.

Choro's life, guided by the Three Tenets — not knowing, bearing witness to suffering, and compassionate action infuse into their meticulous abstract drawings in ink on paper, and are the core of their practice — meditation in art form, capturing moments of presence and the interconnected beauty of all beings. Each work emerges through thousands of small, deliberate marks. Their work asks viewers to slow down and recognize that attention itself is a form of love.
