The Lotus Kala necklace comes from maker Nicole Bigg working in British Columbia, Canada. Says Nicole, "the pattern and cut may vary slightly as they are hand done in my studio in Nelson." It's just one more thing to love about these necklaces.
Kala means time in Sanskrit. In this case, Lotus Time or Lotus Kala. The lotus is etched on the front of a gently curved one-by-one-and-a-half-inch sterling silver or 14k gold fill pendant. On the back is another flower "just because," says Nicole and we think it bears a striking resemblance to a chrysanthemum.
