"Peace Eternal" Mala

A mala is an age-old meditation tool used by meditators to count mantra recitations during sadhana practice. In some cultures and traditions, they're used for their calming effect and in combination with prayer. A mala can also serve as a support in the setting of personal intentions, the beads a physical reminder of living with particular purpose, and, as in the case of this Peace Eternal mala from Mindful Necessities, as a beautiful item of personal adornment. This mala incorporates wood, onyx, and custom-designed pewter beads. 

The pause or spacer beads come in either barrel-shaped (second photo) or round form (third photo.) The main Buddha guru bead is engraved with 'peace eternal' on the back.
